Workshop

At Sure Paper, our workshop reflects over 15 years of manufacturing experience in the global paper industry.
The production area covers more than 12,000 square meters and is operated by 50+ skilled workers.
Each worker is assigned to a fixed process and follows standardized operating procedures.
Raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods move through clearly defined zones.
The workshop is clean, well-ventilated, and safety-managed.

Production equipment

We are equipped with 18 essential production machines to support flexible and reliable manufacturing.
These include professional cutting machines, slitting machines, laminating machines, thermal shrink packaging machines, and automatic packing machines.

Warehouse

We maintain a standing inventory of approximately 8,000 tons per month, allowing quick order fulfillment.
FIFO management is strictly applied. Raw materials and finished products are stored separately and clearly labeled by batch.
The warehouse environment is dry, clean, and well-organized to prevent damage.
Our warehouse system is designed to support fast response and international shipping efficiency.
We also provide free warehousing service before shipment, helping customers optimize delivery schedules and reduce logistics pressure.

Packaging & loading

Products are packed using waterproof materials and thermal shrink packaging for long-distance transport.
Automatic packing machines ensure uniform and secure packaging.
Our experienced loading team optimizes container space for 20ft, 40ft, and 40HQ containers.
Packaging and loading at Sure Paper are handled with strict export standards. Each pallet is clearly labeled with product details and barcodes for traceability.
